An AppVentiX license is based on the total number of users authorized to access the software, not on actual usage or concurrent connections. All user licenses include software updates and support and are registered to the customer’s company name and the site where the software is deployed. Licenses are subject to a minimum annual contract value (ACV). License keys are delivered electronically after purchase, registered to the customer’s company name, and are non-transferable.
